How The Score Works
From signal to boardroom

STEP 01
Signals in
The officer aggregates every AI signal across the enterprise: vendors, models, initiatives, spend, incidents.
STEP 03
One computation
Weighted computation produces the EIQ Score™: one defensible number on the 40 to 160 scale.
STEP 04
Band placement
The number places the enterprise in one of six bands, from Critical to Elite. 100 is average, and average is failing.
STEP 05
Board report
Reported through the dashboard, governed by Aegis™ (in active development): every number carries its evidence trail.
The loop runs continuously, not annually. The score is alive: it moves when the enterprise moves.
